All day sickness and nausea! Help!

I'm now 7wks 3days and have had to take sick time at work due to my inability to keep food & fluids down, went to the docs who gave me an anti sickness tablet which I can take up to 3 times per day, and although my vomitting is less severe, I still feel nauseated the whole day :( I don't know how I can go back to work feeling like this :( I'm absolutely miserable at a time where I should be so happy.
