40 mile ride
I have a 40 mile bike ride coming up, I signed up before we got pregnant. I've done it before but it was a few years ago. Currently we do 10-18 mile rides on the weekends. I tried calling my Dr multiple times to get the go ahead but she has not returned my calls. Whats your opinion...do you think it's safe or not?
