When to the hospital today...

Question

Im 36weeks and 5 days when to the hospital because i was cramping bad like in tears bad nurse checked me for dialation and nothing.... But ive been having labor signs diarrhea for 2 weeks, headache, and feling nauseous but they sent me home because I haven't dialated yet...... ?? When will i go into acual labor?

I've had that on and off for 6 wks, I'm now 38.5 wks. I've even had contractions on monitor and lots of pain. There's no way to tell. 
I lost my muvous plug last night and today and am still sitting here waiting, 
Oh and I'm measuring 42 wks.........

Same thing is happening to me I'm 36w 3d contractions for 2 days now went in thins morning contractions are every 7 minutes but not dilated at all so they just sent me home but damn this hurts
