Glow messed up, help?

Question

So I was on my period and then I had a bunch of purple days, my fertility window didn't start until yesterday, and it told us my best chance was next Tuesday. 
Well I logged in today only to find that my fertility window has been moved to right after my period leaving me with no purple days in between and my fertility window over. Makes no sense since my fertility window JUST started. It sent my hubby and I alerts and everything!

Is there any way to fix this? Anyone else had problems like this? 
I'm afraid it will mess up my future fertility dates too. :/

I've been seeing more and more posts like this, and it has made me realize that what I thought was my mistake a few months ago may have been another glitch in the app... My husband and I were NOT trying to conceive, so I tracked my fertile days carefully, and if the risk was more than 15%, we wouldn't have sex. One night, we were making out, so I checked the app, and it said 2.4% chance. So, we continued.  A few weeks later, I got a positive pregnancy test... I looked back at my log and the only day we had had sex was that day, and it said 27%!!! I kept the thinking, there is NO way I would have made a mistake like that, but I finally convinced myself that I must have gotten confused... Well, after reading all these types of posts, I'm thinking that it wasn't MY mistake afterall.  Don't get me wrong, we're thrilled about the baby, but it REALLY wasn't in our plans.

If you are irregular these apps take a minute to catch up and figure you out. If you are new to using an app like this, give it time to get a few cycles in before you distrust it.
I have used one form or another for years and always transfer info from 6 months back to get it aquatinted with me quickly. You could also get another app and compare the two while you're getting more info added.
I gotta say, glow is the most helpful in trying to conceive, but I keep my old app updated as well because it gives me peace of mind!
