Were you cramping?

Question

I'm not sure if I have twins, there were two gestational sacs and two yolk sacs, but this cramping is unbelievable. No bleeding. Just cramping like never before with my other two. I'm 5+4 today. Anyone else had this before you knew it was twins? No other symptoms really besides kinda sore breasts/nipples and some very mild nausea.

My doctor said to think of cramps as growing pains! They are perfectly ok unless you start bleeding!👍🏻

I cramped so much. No spotting, but it was painful!!! I thought I was miscarrying constantly.

I had severe cramping from 5 weeks to 14 weeks. Unbearable. Now it's fine... As long as you're not bleeding, it's most likely growing pains. I'm expecting 1 baby but I'd imagine the pains were similar to yours

I am 13 weeks and I have been cramping since I found out (around 4 weeks). Some days it feels like my menstrual cramps did and some days it milder. Suuuucks.
