Well this is my 3rd pregnancy.. 1st was normal nothing wrong born healthy, 2nd had an ectopic due to the IUD had to have surgery to remove it, 3rd which is now... apparently I'm having a miscarriage... went in on Friday for an ultrasound and baby didn't show.... the doctor said that the baby didn't grow and all we saw on the ultrasound was just the sack..... she said it was the baby's genes...

So my question is is to normal to have you wait till your own body passes the miscarriage and hope you start bleeding on our own?

Or do they have to do a DNC?

I haven't had any pain yet our any signs of bleeding but I do still feel pregnant?

It's this normal? I'm freaking out.... Don't know what to do!!
