Hi ladies!

What's the usual normal and good weight gain during pregnancy? I'm sure it's probably different for every one but is there just a general sort of weight gain guide? (FTM/pregnancy if you didn't get that so far lol) I'm 27 +4 weeks pregnant with one already amazing little boy and I was 64kg before pregnancy and I am now 70.4kg - does this seem about right?

I haven't been weighed at the doctors since my 12week appointment where I was 67kg - I weighed myself in the hospital two days ago and I was 70.4kg 😊
