Birthing video 😣🙈

I'm currently 32 weeks with our first. I have no idea what to expect for this birth (I'm going natural as far as possible) so I watched a birthing video from Baby Centre.. It was brutal. I know each birth story is different but that video scared me..  Can any moms who had natural ease my mind?? In the video, the husband said he thought his wife was dying from the pain.
