But these random headaches are killing me- was wondering if Tylenol is ok to take???

Yes it's safe. I'm taking two extra strength Tylenol 4x a day to help with siatic pain I'm having right now and the ER told me that was safe and how much to take at a max of 4x per day. You can also try having half a can of cold coke and two Tylenol. Caffeine has always helped my headaches.

My medicine list also approves Tylenol pm at night time. But no extra strength Tylenol or the sinus kind
