Spotting

I'm 6w2days or 10w2d, had a weird period in March. I woke up spotting a little today, I'm feeling fine for the most part. No cramps. A little nausea and a lot of heartburn.

I'm only seeing a medium pink when I wipe.

I'm still waiting in medicaid, so I have no OB as of yet. I'm not sure what to do. Will the ER do anything for me? Tests? Exam or just say tough shakes and send me home.
