Tiger balm and pregnancy ?

I suffer from very tense muscles in my shoulders and pre-pregnancy tiger balm was the only thing that seemed to help. Is it still safe to use while pregnant ? I'm 18+6. Thanks!

I asked my doctor if it was okay to use , due to an injury from before I was pregnant . And he said it's perfectly fine .
