Scared of miscarriage?

Question

So even though I have no signs of a miscarriage (no bleeding, cramping, and my nausea has just subsided in the last few days) I am so scared that I have. My last doctors visit and ultra sound was on 7w3d and I am now 11 weeks. Am I crazy or does anyone else feel the same?

Don't stress yourself out, it's not good for your or baby. If your worried cause your symptoms are going away it's because your hcg levels are peaking and leveling out.
Lay back, watch a good movie or read a book and just enjoy the little human growing inside of you.

We've all been there, but worrying does nothing except negative things. Stress is bad to have and you should do what you can to find the joys in life because there are many! Find your favorite city spots, foods, books, movies, and just find time for yourself and your baby. Pregnancy is a beautiful and exciting gift ;)

I felt the same way. Every little cramp I was freaking it about. It's not healthy. I talked to my doctor about it and he thought maybe I wasn't getting enough sleep so he prescribed a sleeping medication around 9 weeks and since then I've been fine!! No worries at all!! I also bought a home Doppler I use! 😊

I can completely relate to this. I'm 10+5 on pregnancy #12 (1 stillbirth, 7 mostly first trimester mc's and 3 beautiful sons aged 18, 5 & 3). Once you've experienced a loss it's hard to relax and enjoy your pregnancy but all we can do is look after ourselves, take each day as it comes and hope for the best
