I wonder if labor is starting soon...

I woke up this morning and I'm having period type cramps and my lower back is hurting like I'm getting my period. I have been getting a lot of braxton hicks contractions that last few days. I'm kinda nervous, do you think labor could be starting? I'm 37 weeks.
