No sperm? In vitro

Just looking for some advice or any information anyone may know. My husband and I were trying for about 11 months when I was started on clomid which I responded too however still no baby we then found out my husband has a zero sperm count and we have met with all the doctors and he is to have surgery in June for a testicular biopsy to see if there is sperm in there somewhere. They believe he has it just not getting it out the way it's supposed too... They have mentioned IVF since there may not be enough sperm for IUI. Does anyone have any insight on IVF costs, insurance, grants, loans what not?? Success stories?? Every day is a struggle but the more I learn the easier it seems to deal with it.
