WARNING: Slight TMI, but we're all friends lol

Woke up this morning feeling blah. Tried to get some rest, but my phone kept ringing. Back was aching horribly, so I went to potty & there was blood when I wiped. I figured it could be from the backside(I told you TMI lol), but I dabbed up front & there was still a little blood. Look in the toilet & there was a little but of blood in the toilet. I was to say the blood in the toilet may have been mucus-type. Any who, I'm not having contractions, but I am cramping & again, lower back pains. I'm also expecting twins. I'm washing & packing for the hospital, just wondering what you ladies think!
