Panini during Pregnancy

My co-worker and I just went to our favorite lunch place for lunch and got New Orleans muffulettas and a side salad. The muffuletta is served panini style and is hot (maybe not steaming) when it reaches the table. I completely forgot about being pregnant and the deli no-no? Am I okay???
