I had my first u/s yesterday at 6w6d and was able to see the heart flickering but couldn't hear it nor measure its beats per minute. It was still magical!

I had my first appt yesterday and I was 6w1d and I was able to see and get bpm but not hear it. I was actually never given the option to hear so I assumed they knew we wouldn't be able to.

You should be able to unless you are actually measuring smaller than you think. I thought I was almost 7 weeks. Turns out I was a little over 5 because I wasn't sure exactly when I ovulated.

You can hear it but not see it. I was 7w and still couldn't see it at my first ultrasound
