what were your symptoms before your missed period? Ive had backpain, increased appetite, some cramping, severe heartburn, and some cold like symptoms (runny nose, sore throat) I just want to make syure I'm not insane. im 8 DPO (i think)

When I had my first, it felt like I was going to start my period. Cramping, sore boobs, and nausea.

None. I didn't have symptoms until 13 weeks with my first and I'm 8 weeks now with no symptoms. Just occasional morning sickness, not even daily, and severe breast tenderness and they became firm. But that wasn't until around 6 weeks. Most people don't have symptoms before there missed period or even after. It usually takes a good month 1/2 to 2 months into pregnancy
