So apparently I failed horribly 300's on my glucose test.  My doc is sending me straight to a specialist.  I go in Monday.  I want to know if anyone else here is dealing with gestational diabetes and how your handling it and what they did for you.   I am so upset because I ate healthy this whole pregnancy and didn't gain excessive weight and exercised. I'm 7months and only gained 10lbs which is good according to the doc.  Please ease my mind.
