What can you take for constipation? I won't go to the dr for another 2 & 1/2 weeks

I take ducolax. I was told by the pharmacists that's it's ok to take while pregnant just not for a long period of time. Good luck I know it sucks.

I have been taking benefiber and colace. Also eating prunes as I can't stand prune juice. My doctor said benefiber is better then Metamucil. Also, making sure you are getting enough fluids. My doctor said at least 64 oz when I can keep it down.

Eat prunes, a bunch of them. It may take an hour or two but works every time.

Colace or dulcalax or drink a butt load of apple juice.  It always loosens me up.

My doctor has me taking Colace and Miralax.

You should be able to call your doctor's office a d speak to a nurse. That's what I did when I got a cold and wanted to know what I could take.
