I gave birth a month ago so this shouldn't be mucus plug. What the hell is it though? I wiped after going pee and it came from the same hole baby comes out of. It's gross and it's worrying me. Can anyone help please?! Should I call my dr?

It's perfectly normal! You go from heavy heavy red blood, to darker brownish blood, to a browny bloody mucousy discharge that slowly turns yellowy then slowly back to normal discharge. can take up to a few months to become 'normal' again though. This definitely shows you're healing in there!

Looks like what I went through.  I would say it's finally normal after 2 months.

I think it's normal to be honest. I'm 4 weeks pp and my loss looks like this tho not as much. It's just lining and tissue and stuff. Double check with your doctor if you're concerned but I was told that the bleeding would go to a white/yellow stage before eventually ending.

I read that the lochia has three phases and the last phase is mucus. I had this until my period started again
