I think u have food poisoning? ? I have bad cramping that turns into really bad diarrhea:/ I don't have a fever or I'm not throwing up other then one time?? My lower back really hurts n I'm super worried about the baby. Should I go to the E.R?? I see my doctor Tuesday.. Do I need to be worried???? :( I judt really want baby to be okay cause these cramps are so bad but it's cause I needa poop...
