Ovulation question

Last month I ovulated on the 26th and 27 and went in and had my first iui done on the 28th. That didn't take now I'm on round two but so far nothing. I've been tracking for about a week now and still haven't ovulated. I'm wondering if this is normal. I'm currently on cycle day 14 now. The only thing different they I changed was my ovulation kit. Last month I used simple dollar tree kit and that worked fine this month I decided to go with clear blue. I'm unsure if that plays a fact or not. Any one else experienced this?? Right now I'm a little concerned.
