How long until you graduate? I guarantee you, it gets SO much better after high school, you can finally stand a chance at avoiding all those stupid assholes they lock you in w for eight hours each school day. People in the real world are much more polite, too; you can have actual conversations with them. 
I was so glad to get out of there three years ago, ive never wanted to go back. It sucked for me, i talked to almost no one, the few friends i did have we always had opposing schedules so i almost never saw them, and i never even came close to a relationship until two months before graduation. It sucked ass. But then it was over!

Depends on the exact situation.

If you're in school as in high school or younger then I'd say consider moving if it's a small school and you've definitely met everyone. I went to a small school and it meant there just wasn't anyone I got along with to be friends with and I wish I had moved. If moving isn't an option or you're worried you'd have the same issue at another school then try to enjoy your own company. Being alone is not the same as being lonely, as someone with a chronic illness I've had to learn to love my own company and it's really helped. You could also try to find a local youth group? Or club or sport to try?

If you meant school as in college or university then join loads of clubs and societies to meet new people. Get involved in activism groups about things you're passionate about or figure out what you're passionate about. Don't move unless you really have to because college/uni isn't always amazing for everyone to begin with. I got lucky and loved it from day 1 but I've met a lot of people who didn't settle and enjoy until their second year or later.
