Heartbeat? #1

Hey ladies! So I was just wondering if when I go in for my first appointment do They do an ultra Sound? I don't have insurance at the moment I'm waiting for them to get back with me but if I have to pay out of pocket I would atleast want to see my little peanut and know there is a heartbeat.. I'm 7 weeks and 2 days also would I be able to hear the heartbeat yet or just see it?
