I have read several differnt thing and have heard several different opinions. Is it safe to use a tanning bed while pregnant?

It's definitely NOT safe to use a tanning bed while you're pregnant! ! Or any other time I suppose, even though I have in the past... maybe ask about spray tanning. Not sure about that one.

Absolutely not. You can't even tan without signing a paper stating you're NOT pregnant. At least here anyways. Now if you mean laying out, don't do that either. If you're out in the sun wear sunscreen at all times.

I work at a tanning salon and it is absolutely not allowed to tan while pregnant. Your putting the baby at risk with the radiation.

It is never safe!! I am not sure of effects on the baby - I don't think that UV rays can go that deep - but my husband was exposed to UVC radiation at work and I am still scared for him please be careful
