Procardia?

Anyone on Procardia for preterm labor?  I am 32 weeks 4 days and was on the 60 mg extended release once a day. But I still have very organized and uncomfortable contractions every 3-5 minutes for hours a day.  So they switched me to 10mg every 6 hours.  That just sounds backward to me. Anyone else experienced this?

I've been on 10mg every 6 hours for two weeks. It has somewhat slowed my contractions but I'm still having them on and off during the day. I am now 2cm dilated and almost completely thinned. Just staying on them for 2 more weeks, I'll be 36, and then she can come when she's ready.

I've been on procardia since 22 weeks (I'm now 33 weeks) I started on the 30 mg extended release once a day but now taking it twice a day but I'm still getting contractions pretty frequently too. I ended up in labor and delivery last weekend because of my contractions and it took 2 shots of terbutaline to finally get them to stop but then they came back the next day. My dr's told me rest and lots of water but it's still not helping. I actually feel like I get them more when I'm laying in bed at night. But I'm not dilated at all which is good I suppose. My dr's are going to monitor me once a week (the contraction monitor, monitor on baby, and ultrasound. It takes like 45 mins) and are starting steroid shots on Tuesday just incase baby girl decides to show up early.
