Puking and dont know y

I got up and was making breakfast and i got hot and sat down and got really nauseous and puked twice and was fine i havent really felt like myself and iv been really emotional my last period was all crazyi had it for like 5 days spotted for 3-4 days n bled some more for another 5 days and was done that ended on april 15 me n my so have unpretected sex all the time had anyone else had this happen?? Im kind of anxious
