Anxiety attack
I NEVER used to get anxiety attacks until I moved away from home. I'm away from my mom who is my rock and my sisters and my best friends. I'm even further away from my boyfriend. Long distance is stressful. Tonight my boyfriend and I had a kinda big argument and I literally started hyperventilating and bawl crying when it was over. Every time I feel like I need to do something or fix something I get an attack. I felt like I was going to faint. Does this happen to any of you? What do you do to calm yourself or control it?
