Abnormal pap

I had a routine pap done two weeks ago, and my doctors nurse called to tell me that the results were abnormal and at my next visit they will do a colscopy and possibly a biopsy. I asked if my appointment should be changed seeings as I don't go back for two weeks. But after doing some research I'm not so sure I want these tests right now. Have any of you had them done while being early in your pregnancy? I'm 11 weeks and everything scares me into thinking I could have a miscarriage.
