Anyone had pPROM & delivered early?  My water broke at 19w 3d, did bed rest at home for 4 weeks, and have now been in the hospital since 24w (currently 26w 3d).  My MFM & OB hope that I can hold out for another 2 months but won't let me go past 34w.  We are definitely going to have to spend some time in the NICU and I'd like to know what we might expect, with the baby having had next to no fluid for so long.  His growth scans have all looked great but I worry about the long-term effects of early ruptured membranes.  Any advice is appreciated!!
