What does implantation cramping feel like?

What does implantation cramping feel like? Compared to pms cramps?

I had some really intense cramps the other day and major backache. And the day before that started I had a small amount of spotting. 3 HPT and all have been BFN, so I'm not sure what to think..

I thought mine were signs of a period too, but they were intense heavy in my back and they would come and go , like really intense for  a few minutes to 15 minutes then go away. With my oeriod the cramping is constant. It still didn't phase me though as I wasn't expecting a pregnancy lol. I didn't figure it out until I was late

I think it's different for everyone. But mine felt like me natural cramps about a week before my period. Which was not normal for me. Hope that helps!
