Just wondering

Me & my SO was using the pullout method & he accidentally came a little inside of me (around my ovulation time) . Now here's 4/5 days after ovulation im having dull pains all over my abdomen & pelvis this isn't normal for me (it's not on my mind so it's not just all in my head ) . Any insight ?
