Never even heard of these and I've had 3 c-sections! I'm having a 4th in August. I need to try this thing! Where do you get it?

I got a Bellafit and I absolutely loved it (had a c-section 2 years ago) and I plan on using it again.

Wondering about what size to get too.  Usually you can't return underwear to most stores. I dont even know what size I am after all this. I was between a 6 and 9 depending on the brand of pants before pregnancy. I gained 36pounds during pregnancy and I lost 21 since my last appointment. I cant wear any of my normal clothes just yet because of the waistband hitting right against my incision. I assume I should just get a large but I wonder if it will be snug enough
