Gummies or Pills?

Question

When taking prenatal pills or w.e it is your taking would you prefer it as a gummy or a pill? I prefer gummies they taste better and don't cause me to choke when trying to get it down.....

As a pharmacy tech,  in our continuing education we were intoned gummmies are absorbed better by your body.  Pills aren't absorbed as well.  Gummmies are better and have same amounts of vitamins most times

I take the one a day prenatals it also comes with a second gel cap supplement. Honestly I don't feel any different and I've been taking them for a month so far

Anything other than the gummies made me puke within 5mins. I tried multiple different brands, so I definitely prefer gummies!

I think the only difference is that most (if not all? This may have changed now, not sure) gummies do NOT have iron. Which is vital when pregnant.

Gummies lack the iron needed... but the iron in regular prenatals make me sick... so I compromise and take 1 gummy (instead of 2) and half a pill. So far so good!

I've heard the gummies don't have enough or no iron in them. I just started some prenatal ones though :)

The pills I use have more folic acid and a lot more DHA as well as iron. I used to chew the gummies too, but they are lacking in the vitamins and minerals.
