So my lower backs killing me and I wa a wondering if I get on an inversion table if I'll knock my son out of head down position..... I'm 35 weeks

Try getting a pool noodle and have your husband roll it along your back. It feels amazing!! (Cut it so so its easy to roll)

I'd talk to your doc about that. Between the size of the baby, the fluid shifts and everything else, I'd be nervous to use an inversion table without an okay from my doc.

I wouldn't do it. I think it would cause too much shifting with your placenta but ask your doctor just to be sure.

I've not heard of them before. I've been using a foam roller on my back (I'm 27w).
