In the middle of sex last night, while he was doing oral he blurts out, "your vagina is so good looking". To me, all vagina/vulvas look the same, so I have no idea what he means...

I know what you mean!! It didn't seem strange even my husband told me that, but when a Dr does, it's very creepy. I'm certain that if it had been a male, I would've thought he was hitting on me. So... Either there is a difference, or some people are just strange :-)
