Pulsing and dull annoying pain

All day I've had some not necessarily painful, more annoying pain by my pelvic area (uterus?) that hasn't gone away. Now a few hrs ago I've noticed some Pulsing in my vagina. Not sure if it's my cervix or not. I am 12 weeks and just not sure if this is something I should be concerned about?
