How did you know? Any early signs?

Question

We did IVF and we had two embryos transferred back. Plus, twins run genetically on my side. As such, there is a real possibility of multiples. My first US is Tuesday but I thought I would ask here... Did you know before your first US that you had twins/multiples? If so, how? I have been dreaming of twins and triplets and would love to hear from others if there are other signs. Thanks!

I have a bright pink line positive 4 days before my missed period. Idk why but I just kinda knew from that moment on. I work with my doctor so I told him I was convinced it was twins & he did my ultrasound at 5 weeks and it definitely was twins! Almost 10 weeks now

I guess j should have known. It runs in my family and I had fertility treatment. I had a very obvious positive hpt at 8 DPO. And I was sick sick sick all the time. Still am. My friends from work kept saying it's twins. I'm only 8 weeks now and my nausea never waivers. I started getting a lower pouch way early for this being my first pregnancy. Got the surprise at the u/s at 7w 3d.

I just had a feeling I had one lower right and one higher left in my abdomen. First doctor appt at 12.1 weeks & we had no idea - the doc pulls out a handheld US because I looked to be showing a bit bigger (though barely) and sure enough exactly as I had 'felt' it.

I had AWFUL morning sickness. Just terrible. Also, our 4 year old kept telling us there were two babies and could not be convinced otherwise lol

I was extremely sick and couldn't sleep on my stomach at six weeks. My morning sickness was much worse than my first three singles. Double the hormones :)

Our 4 year old kept telling us she was gonna have 2 siblings and we didn't know what she meant. I was peeing double what I did with her and this has been a very tough first trimester but other than that I had no clue. I was completely shocked.
