Headache relief?

This is my first baby so I'm VERY skeptical to take any kind of meds. What can I do for a headache?

I found some videos on YouTube for yoga for headaches. It really helped release tension in my neck and helped the headache! Hope you feel better soon!

My nurse said to drink a soda. Some caffeine isn't bad at all and it totally helped me. And I took lots of naps. fTM.

I took a cap of Children's Tylenol and laid down. I have a pinched nerve in my neck and wisdom teeth coming in so I get killer head aches at times. It seemed to help.

As a first time mom to be as well I had horrible headaches for the first few months of my pregnancy and they were awful. I drink at least 10 glasses of water a day so I knew it wasn't dehydration. My best advice is to try and suck it up as best as you can and when you really can't deal it is perfectly safe to take Tylenol according to my doctor

You can have up to 200mg of caffeine a day safely. Sometimes a cup of tea (which has under 100mg caffeine on average, I think) can help with the headache, with the added bonus of drinking more fluids anyway!

The first thing your dr will tell you is to drink more water. Mine said a gallon a day which I just can't do but half a gallon a day and my headaches disappeared

I get them and if I munch throughout the day and drink plenty, it really helps!!

I found that my headaches were hormonal and only sleep helped. If it was stress related I put lavender oil in my wrists.
