Muscle contractions that usually help move food thru ur gut slow down because of higher levels of hormone progesterone, just add extra fiber into your diet and push lots of fluids & physical activity also help. If constipation becomes a problem, you can always ask ur doctor to provide you with a stool softener, which I had to do. Some stuff over the counter is perfectly safe just ask to be sure..💩🚫👌
