He doesn't love me.

I know. I'll tell him I love him and he acts like I didn't say anything.

I kiss him and he avoids it.

I cuddle him and he pushes me away.

So I tell him that I feel like he doesn't want me or anything, and maybe I should leave, and he says "or maybe you shouldn't assume...if I didn't want you or love you anymore, I would tell you."

What does that even mean?

I don't get it.
