I HATE water. What can you tell me about Sparkling Ice Water?

I love Sparkling Ice water and know that other than the added carbonation and issues it can cause, it is unlike other water and will hydrate me.  However, I do jot know if it is safe to completely substitute Sparkling Ice water for your ordinary H2O. I can't find any direct answers on Google or other search engines es. Does anyone have a doctors opinion?

I do not have a doctors opinion, but I was going to ask you if you've tried soda stream? We bought one, and you use your own filtered water, it carbonates it, and you can add anything to it. I like to add fresh lemon juice. :-)

I wouldn't think it would be an issue. It's all my mum drank when she was pregnant with my sister. The lemon or grapefruit water in the green bottle.. I think it's gross because a lot of them have sucralose and it tastes really bitter and gross to me.
