How to get away with unauthorized tenant?

Is it easy to get away with when they don't have a car and work from 7-5 everyday? He's quite, and mainly at work. I can't put him on the lease so please save the lecture. Just be honest would apartment complex know? He wouldn't have his mail sent there either.

I had a friend stay with me since he was homeless for about 3 months. It depends on ur landlord and if u have nosy neighbors. Luckily my neighbors don't mind and landlord doesn't come by unannounced.

Depends on the landlord. The last complex I lived in the maintenance guy also lived there so he knew everyone in the building and who didn't belong.
