I LOVE it. It's a great workout and helps me relieve frustration and tension. I go to Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping, but they're mostly located in the Midwest. I looked and there is one in Mooresville, NC.

You should check and see if there are programs in your area. It doesn't hurt to give it a try.

I started jujitsu a month ago with my lovey & we love it!
I'm learning to defend myself while feign the burn lol 😛
I think kickboxing would be really great to join.

Yes I would! I'm a kickboxer and martial artist and my life has changed because of it. I lost 36 pounds in 6 months and I also use myfitnesspal to guide me. If done hard core, you can burn a minimum of 680 calories in an hour of kickboxing. I'm healthier, shooter and even got off of my anxiety meds because it empowered me so much. I don't know where you are located bit ilovekickboxing is a great studio! Good luck

I haven't but my old best friend was a blackbelt and loved it. Her whole family did it and even though they were all overweight they were really fit. I know she found it to be a lot of fun and a good workout so I'd say go for it :)
