Juice cleanse??

Question

I'm thinking about doing a juice cleanse...any recommendations?? How did it work for you? Did you feel cleansed? Do you think it helped you get a bfp?

I've heard about blueprint cleanse, what are your opinions?

Would appreciate any info!!

Juice cleanses are TERRIBLE for you.

Here's why. If you drink nothing but juice for 72 hours(average for a juice cleanse), your blood sugars won't stabilize, you'll become dizzy, fatigued, sore, and your digestive system will put up a very painful and very acidic fight (use your imagination...imagine way way wayyyy too many laxitives...) and because of that, you could develop hemorrhoids, and it can cause your rectum to bleed. If you want to cleanse your body in a healthy way, try eating mostly vegetables, especially asparagus. Stay away from red meat for a week or so, and avoid anything greasy. Avoid dairy for a week or so as well, but eat healthy grains (quinoa, steel cut oats, etc) so you don't have a frequent bathroom trip problem.
