Looks like irritated freckle/moles. Is your skin dry? My freckle/moles sometimes get irritated and even scab over when my skin gets very dry

They look like zits. I get them on my breasts sometimes and I can't pop them because of their location. I'd stop picking at them and put some antibiotic ointment on them. If they get worse then see a doctor.

Sun burn/spot?? I would watch it and take photos. If it changes tell you DR so they can test it.  Put some neosporin on it.
