Could i be pregnant??

I had the IUD from sept 2011 to April 13th 2015. Day I got it removed my SO and I had unprotected sex. I bled a little the next day and it grew heavy then light for the next 9 days. When it was light we continued to have sex. I called my Dr and the nurse told me it was not a period but that it was from IUD removal. Bleeding stopped 9 days later. Have had a lot of bloating, a day that I spotted pink, nipples are sensitive and occasionally sore on the sides. Have taken several tests, all have said negative. Last test I took was Saturday morning, negative. Glow says I can test in 2 more days. However, that is just going by what my "so called period" days were I just logged the removal bleeding as a period because I was unsure. While I had IUD I never had period so not sure how to go about all of this. Can anyone help me??
