Okey so my period is back irregular due to me stop taking my daily dose of vitex. However before and after taking vitex, ive noticed i have this very dull and hard cramping in my pelvis and vaginal area. Although there is no flow. These cramps are worse than when i actually have a menstrual flow. And it happends especially when im laying down or trying to sleep. Does anyone know what this could be?
