I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I have a 8yr old. And this is the first time in a year that I missed a whole month. Granted people say this happens for people with PCOS but I have been birth control free for almost three years now and even with irregular periods this hasn't happened to me since last year on March. And it just so happened again this year in April when I am ttc the most. I don't think I'm pregnant but my boyfriend thinks we should test. I really don't want to waste money I don't have on a test. What should I do?
